Minimum Order Policy
Instruments &
Equipment Company has a $100 minimum order policy to ship product.
If you are an existing customer, you can email your order in or call
your Account Executive to place your order. If you are a new
customer, please call 800-432-1255 and ask for an Account Executive
to help you.
Shipping Policy
All orders are
shipped to the 48 contiguous United States by Federal Express ground
service. Please allow 1-2 days for your order processing and 5-7
days for delivery of product that is in-stock. If the item is not
in stock it will be shipped Federal Express Ground when the items
are received and processed through our warehouse. In order to serve
you better, we might drop-ship items from the manufacturer at which
time the manufacturer has the right to select the shipping carrier.
If you need quicker delivery or you need to ship with another
carrier, you can discuss that with your Account Executive. In order
to provide you with the most aggressive pricing, shipping is not
included in the price of the product. Your Account Executive cannot
give shipping quotes or costs. Shipping price is determined by many
factors including box size, weight, destination, and delivery time.
A tracking number can be emailed to you from our shipping system if
necessary.
Return Policy
Unless otherwise
indicated, all sales are final. Returns are only allowed if the
item was provided as a demo/test product or if the product is dead
on arrival. In either case, returns are only accepted with a valid
Return Merchandise Authorization form. Items that arrive defective
may be handled as warranty repair or may be “hot swapped” with a new
item. Either way, your account will only be credited upon return of
the defective or non-working product.
Credit will only
apply to your account if the item being return meets all of the
following tests; including but not limited to:

all
cables, manuals, packing materials, driver disks/cd’s must be
included

the
item must be in new, re-sellable condition, clean, without scratches
or usages marks of any kind
·
the
box must not have any marks or writing on it of any kind & it must
be returned with the RMA number attached.
If the item
returned is not defective and is in working order, a restocking fee
of 25% will apply. If the box has been marked on and is not in new
condition (wear and tear excluded), a reboxing fee of 10% will
apply. If a demo/test item returned that requires cleaning and/or
cannot be sold as new is returned, a 20% fee will apply as the item
is now “like new” and cannot be sold as new.
Unless otherwise
noted, the customer is responsible for freight costs for product
return. If a product is sent double-boxed, it must be returned
double-boxed. Product received without a RMA number or expired RMA
will be returned to the customer. |
